We will carpool studens from both church campus locations; Belfair & Tacoma to Winter Retreat. Parent drop-off at either campus; indicate which location in the form below. After registration, all registrants will be contacted about transportation details.

Student Registration

A signed waiver by the parent/guardian will be required for all Student Campers before camp. A link to obtain waivers for all registrants will be shown on the confirmation page.

Current background checks are required for all Adult Volunteers before camp -- instructions will be provided by Camp Director as needed.

Leader Registration

  • You are currently serving as a Youth Leader on Wednesdays Nights OR have served as Small Group Leader at previous camps.

Volunteer Registration

  • Main role of service - does not necesarily exclude you from other camp activities.

If you are donating only and not registering a student, simply select desired donation amount, enter YOUR name and email under "camper/volunteer info", and skip down to "billing information". All other fields can be left blank!

Retreat Agreement

SOZO YOUTH WINTER RETREAT REQUIRES EVERY ATTENDEE TO READ & ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES. 

- None of the following substances or like-substances are allowed on camp property or camp transportation: alcohal, nicotine products, vapes, firearms, knives, pepperspray, fireworks. 

- No Pornography or suggestive materials in any form are allowed on camp property or camp transportation.

- Female Dress Code: full coverage between armpits and 3" inseam of pants; no mid-riff or cleavage revealed in clothing or bathing suits. 

- Students Unplugged: phones, ipads, electronic game systems, and like-items are not allowed on retreat; we value this time of fasting from electronic entertainment in order to be fully present with our community and the LORD. Students are welcome to check-in their phones upon camp check-in and a leader will be happy to retrieve a student's phone for call home upon request.

By submitting this registration form, you are agreeing to follow the guidlines above. If any of the above are found it may result in confiscation of items by a SOZO Leader and/or dismissal from camp.
